  Locate the serial number: For Volkswagen and Skoda radios, there is a label or sticker on the back of the radio body. After you locate the label, you will find the serial numbers which starting with VWZ (Wolkswagen) or SKZ (Skoda). For Audi RNS-E systems: Newer software displays the SN on the code entry screen. If the code has been entered already you can see the SN in engineering mode or read it out with VAg-COM/VCDS/VAS if the unit is connected to a car. Without power you cannot see the SN anywhere. Contact us if you cannot locate the SN.
